Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Printomania ("Printomania", "we", "us") and the placing of 3D printing orders through printomania.in. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

Printomania provides on-demand 3D printing. You upload a 3D model or personalise a design from our catalog, we estimate the price, you pay online, we print the item in PLA on an Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo, and you collect it from our studio.

2. Pickup & delivery

You can collect orders free from Printomania Studio, No 65, M.F. Road, Navalpur, Ranipet, Tamil Nadu 632401 during opening hours (Mon–Sat · 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM), or choose delivery at checkout. We deliver ourselves within 30 km of the studio and ship by courier beyond that. Charges and timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Pickup is offered for Ranipet, Walajah, Arcot.

3. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupee (₹ INR).
  • The price shown at upload is an estimate. We confirm the exact price (from a re-slice of your model) before payment. Full payment is taken online in advance via our payment partner, Zoho Payments.
  • Custom prints are made to order. Production begins only after payment is received and the order is queued.

4. Your model & content

  • You confirm you own or have the rights to print any model or logo you upload, and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property.
  • We may decline to print items that are unsafe, illegal, weapons or weapon components, infringing, or that cannot be produced reliably on our equipment.
  • Models must fit our build volume (up to ~215×215×245 mm). Oversized models are rejected at upload.

5. Production & accuracy

3D printing is an additive process; minor variations in finish, dimensions, colour and layer lines are normal. Print time and weight are estimates. We aim to match your model as closely as the process and material allow.

6. Collection

You will be notified when your order is ready. Please collect orders within 30 days. Bring your order reference. Uncollected orders after 30 days may be disposed of without refund.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for the suitability of a customer-supplied design for its intended purpose.
