Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every item is made to order. Once it's printed, you can collect it or have it delivered. All charges are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
Pickup (free)
Collect your order in person from Printomania Studio, No 65, M.F. Road, Navalpur, Ranipet, Tamil Nadu 632401 (Mon–Sat · 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM). We'll notify you when it's ready and hold it for you.
Local delivery (within 30 km)
- For addresses within 30 km of our studio, we deliver ourselves for a flat ₹100.
- Delivery is free on orders of ₹500 or more.
- We use your device location at checkout to measure the distance from our studio and show the exact charge before you pay.
Courier (beyond 30 km)
For addresses beyond 30 km, we ship via a courier partner for a flat ₹150. Courier timelines depend on your location and the courier's network.
Turnaround
Production begins after payment. Most prints are ready within a few days depending on size, complexity and queue. We'll keep you updated as your order moves through printing and dispatch — you can track it any time on the order page.
Damaged in transit
If a delivered item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll reprint or refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
