Shipping & Delivery Policy

Collect your order in person from Printomania Studio, No 65, M.F. Road, Navalpur, Ranipet, Tamil Nadu 632401 (Mon–Sat · 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM). We'll notify you when it's ready and hold it for you.

• For addresses within 30 km of our studio, we deliver ourselves for a flat ₹100.
• Delivery is free on orders of ₹500 or more.
• We use your device location at checkout to measure the distance from our studio and show the exact charge before you pay.

For addresses beyond 30 km, we ship via a courier partner for a flat ₹150. Courier timelines depend on your location and the courier's network.

Production begins after payment. Most prints are ready within a few days depending on size, complexity and queue. We'll keep you updated as your order moves through printing and dispatch — you can track it any time on the order page.

If a delivered item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll reprint or refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
