Common questions
How is the price calculated?+
We estimate the filament weight and print time from your model. You pay for material (₹1.5/g), machine + electricity (₹15/hr), a small service margin and a flat handling fee. Nothing hidden.
Is the first price final?+
The upload price is an instant estimate. Before you pay, we re-slice your model with our printer's exact profile to confirm the precise filament and time — so the amount you pay is accurate.
What size can you print?+
We run an Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo with a 220×220×250 mm build volume. Anything within ~215×215×245 mm fits; larger parts can often be split.
Do you deliver?+
Both — pick up free from our Ranipet studio, or choose delivery at checkout. Within 30 km we deliver ourselves (₹100, free over ₹500); beyond that we ship by courier for a flat fee. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.
What material do you use?+
PLA in a range of colours — strong, detailed and great for most everyday prints, gifts and prototypes.
