Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Because every print is made to order, please read how cancellations, refunds and replacements work. All amounts are handled in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
Cancellations
- You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order moves to the “Printing” stage (i.e. while it is awaiting payment or queued).
- Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as material and machine time are already committed.
- To cancel, contact us at support@printomania.in or +91 93843 75850 with your order reference.
Refunds
- Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment partner, Zoho Payments, normally within 5–7 business days.
- If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example a print failure we cannot re-run, or a model we cannot produce), you receive a full refund.
- Custom and personalised items are made specifically for you and are not refundable once printed, except where they are defective or differ materially from your approved order (see Replacements).
Replacements / reprints
- If your item is defective, damaged (including in transit), or materially different from the model you submitted, contact us within 48 hours of collection/delivery with photos.
- If we confirm the fault is ours (e.g. a failed print, wrong colour, or wrong item), we will reprint it free of charge or issue a full refund.
- We do not replace items for issues inherent to 3D printing (minor layer lines, small dimensional tolerances) or for flaws in a customer-supplied model.
Returns
As prints are custom-made to order, we do not operate a general returns/“change of mind” policy. Defective or damaged items are handled under Replacements above.
