• Contact details you provide at checkout: name, phone number, email (optional), and your pickup pincode or delivery address.
• Location: if you choose delivery, your device location (with permission) to calculate the delivery distance and fee.
• Order details: the 3D model file you upload or the catalog item and personalisation you choose, colour, dimensions and price.
• Payment information is processed directly by our payment partner, Zoho Payments. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

• To produce your print, manage your order, and notify you when it is ready.
• To take payment and issue refunds where applicable.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.

• Order and account data is stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Supabase). Uploaded model files are kept in private storage.
• We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (payments: Zoho Payments; hosting/database: Supabase and our server host). We do not sell your data.
• We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep order records for as long as needed for business, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your uploaded model files after your order is complete.
